A 6,000-person assessment drive for a major infrastructure group

For one of India's large infrastructure and construction majors, ILS structured a competency mapping and assessment drive spanning 6,000 employees — defining role-level competencies, building the assessment approach, and running it across a large, dispersed workforce. The work turned a vague sense of 'who's ready for what' into a defensible, organisation-wide picture of capability.
